As part of the ongoing development of its activities, Mockel has acquired a 1,900 m² plot of land including a 720 m² building, directly adjacent to its production site in Baelen.
For many years, Mockel has continuously invested in its industrial capabilities to support the growing requirements of its customers and prepare for the future of the company. This latest step is reflected in the acquisition of a new 1,900 m² property with a 720 m² building located immediately next to our current site.
The building will primarily be dedicated to storage activities. Conversion and refurbishment work has already begun to adapt the infrastructure to our current and future logistical needs. This additional capacity will help improve internal material flows and support the continued growth of our operations.
Beyond its logistical benefits, this acquisition also represents an important opportunity for the future development of our industrial site. Studies are currently underway regarding the extension of the production hall located behind the existing workshop.
At the same time, Mockel continues to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities through the integration of additional production capacity. We will have the opportunity to present these new investments in greater detail in a future communication.
